Join us for a deeply nourishing evening of connection, embodiment, and breath at the Open Hearts Gathering. This special event is designed to bring you into deeper presence with your body and heart through an Embodiment Journey and Rebirthing Breathwork.

 

I´m excited to co-host this experience with the wonderful Chiara, a gifted Breathwork Facilitator whose presence and guidance offer a deep sense of calm, inner connection and empowering clarity.

This gathering will be her last event on Mallorca, making it a truly unique and heartfelt occasion to share space with her on her final one on the island.

 

✨ What to expect:
– Guided embodiment practices to awaken your senses & connect to the body
– A gentle grounding meditation to help you arrive fully and feel at home in your body
– A full Rebirthing Breathwork session to release, reset, and reconnect
– A sacred and safe space to explore vulnerability, presence, and heart connection
– Integration and sharing circle to deepen your insights

 

What to bring:
– A water bottle
– Wear comfortable clothes you can move and breathe in
– Mats, blankets, water & snacks will be provided

This gathering is an invitation to be fully with yourself – to breathe, feel, and remember the wisdom already within you. Whether you are new to this work or have been walking this path for a while, you are warmly welcome.
