1. Cacao Ceremony

We will create a sacred space that allows you to open the heart and deepen the connection to your authentic self. This ceremony will be led by Systemic Alchemist Lea Xiboa, allowing you to connect deeply with your inner wisdom and essence.

 

We will serve an organically sourced raw cacao from south Mexico, as it has been drunk since ancient times in diverse native cultures, known as „Food of the Gods“ – a natural heart-opener, supporting emotional healing through releasing energetic blockages.

 

In a safe and nurturing space, you’ll have the opportunity to relax, tune inwards, and draw new energy from sharing your intentions in sacred space. 

 

This ceremony will be opened to the 7 directions, celebrating gratitude for life, and facilitating personal growth, while enjoying this subtle heart-medicine together.

    2.  Neo Emotional Release Meditation

 

The Emotional Release Meditation is a transformative practice designed to help you identify and release emotional blockages. This guided meditation, by Philip Thomsen, certified Neo Emotional Release Therapist, helps you recognize deep-seated emotional patterns that may be limiting your life.

 

Through conscious breathwork and gentle guidance, you will be encouraged to release old emotions, fears, and tensions that are holding you back.

Ecstatic Dance is one of the most powerful forms of self-expression, allowing you to move your body freely and without limitations. Led by David Lurey, our DJ and experienced Ecstatic dance facilitator, you will be taken on a musical journey designed to uplift your energy and help you enter a state of joy and freedom.

 

The music is carefully selected to evoke a range of emotions and lead you into a state of ecstasy – a complete union of body, mind, and soul. Ecstatic dance provides the perfect opportunity to shed all external expectations and simply be present in the moment. Let the rhythm and music elevate your spirit as you free yourself from worries and tension. The ecstatic dance opens the door to greater presence, ease, and connection with yourself and the community around you.
